ABOUT US
Welcome to Sympliq! We are two single mums, ex paramedics from the UK, who emigrated to Australia in 2018. We met on a Facebook group about people wanting to emigrate and because we had a lot in common, we hit it off. When we both moved out here we met up and the rest they say, is history!
During our friendship, we have seen each other through some major life changes, from break-ups, serious health issues and even family deaths. The life experiences we've had and our passion for helping other people create change within their lives, are just a couple of the reasons we started Sympliq.
Our Mission is to help others improve their lives, by illuminating their potential and embracing simplicity.
We believe, by using our qualifications, our lived experiences and a holistic approach to life, we have the ability to also help others to improve all aspects of their lives. We hold the belief that everyone has the ability to reach their full potential, and we want to help you on your journey to achieving that!

"Hi there! I'm Tammy. I've predominantly worked in the healthcare industry my whole career, from childcare, to elderly and even disability care. I also did 13 years as a paramedic and am a qualified counsellor and life coach. My passion and calling in life is to help people and so being one half of Sympliq is what I'm put on this earth for. My faith and smile make me a naturally positive person, which allows me to help others find positivity in whatever situation they're facing. I'm very creative and find my relaxation in my painting, crafting and poetry writing.
I'm also a single mum to 2 amazing boys, who I'm so incredibly proud of."
Lucy
"Hey there! I'm Lucy, and my career's been a blend of sales and healthcare. I've even dabbled in diverse areas such as Beauty Therapy and building trades and was a paramedic for 7 years. I've always had a natural gift for problem solving and understanding people, and I get real enjoyment from helping others succeed, which has led me to become a qualified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner so I can help others on their journey. I have a keen crafting side which helps me achieve the mindful time we all crave. I'm also a proud single mum to a fantastic son, who has left home and starting his own success story"
